The passenger/cargo ship "St. Ninian" was built in 1950 to operate on the Leith/Aberdeen/Orkney/Shetland run for the North of Scotland, Orkney and Shetland Steam navigation Company. She plied this route until the early 1970s when she was sold to Canadian owners for further trading. She was in the Galapagos Islands, painted red and renamed "Bocanero" in the 1980s, but I know nothing of her fate since then
